All sales at www.shaarom.com are final and our products do not qualify for a refund.

CLOTHING : To maintain hygiene of our products and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of tried out products unless the item you purchased is physically defective or an incorrect product has been shipped to you. We request our customers to go through the size chart and be sure about their measurements before making their purchase. 

CANDLES : We do not accept return requests of used candles. We only accept replacement requests if you have received a broken glass jar. Please refer to our FAQs  to know more about the wax.

If you receive a defective/incorrect item please contact us at hello@shaarom.com with details and images of the unused/unwashed product and the defect along with the order number within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Any request which exceeds the given timeline, or which does not include images of the defect will be rejected.

If your request is approved after our internal inspection, we will arrange for a return and issue you a voucher of the same amount which can be used for your next purchase on our website.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
